Used to love coming into this store. Was a daily customer until tonight. I have a customer rewards card and everything however tonight I was taken advantage of and wouldn’t you know I wasn’t given my receipt. Not going to take it past this, but just a bad feeling after being a loyal customer. Also edit and adding this after reading other loyal customers reviews and how thy were over charged all of a sudden as well.

This 7-Eleven used to be my go-to store. I have been going there for the past 6 years since I moved to that side of town. I used to love going in everybody was so friendly and helpful, and everything was always so clean and well stocked. NOW... I only go in when absolutely necessary because now the store is always in disarray empty shelves and to top it all off the customer service is terrible they're all new employees who don't seem to know what they're doing and are not very friendly to top it off. I was recently overcharged and when I went back in to have it corrected they act is like I was inconveniencing them. I just don't like going there anymore now I take my business elsewhere.

Checked out clearance rack, for my kids. Got some Pez dispensers dangling from 65 cent rack and selfie stick in the $1.99 rack. Then went to Beer cooler. Shock Top on the 2 for $ 2.78 rack. And a milk for the toddler. Rang up to a ridiculous price. The toys were marked wrong. Ugh. Left. Looked at my receipt. Beer was 3 times more than marked. Drove back. Cashier checked with other employee. "Its 2 for $2.78!", she told the cashier from the fridge. I knew i was right! "Its ringing up at $6 and change". "Oh. Its the other beers then". I don't have time for this keystone cop store. Its supposed to be a convenience store. I should've just gone to Albertson's across the street like i unitially planned.

Make sure you check when things expire. Ate some of their "snack sticks" (711 branded) and got sick, had to call out for the day. Turns out they expired 4 months prior (people were just done stocking shelves, who would thing they'd put expired food up?). Had food poisoning for two days. When talking to corporate they basically said "you're okay now that's great, are you gonna sue us? no? alright thanks".
