Subway

The food is fine, but the service is so sllllooooowwwww. I have gone here 4 times because it's close to my house, and everytime it takes them 20-30 mins to make me five 6 inch subs. Very basic ones too. They just move slow. I would only go here if you're not in a rush. Unfortunately, I get subway because I am in a hurry. So, I will be finding a different location. But like I said, it's good food, just slow. They get a few ingredients wrong but when they're so slow I don't care enough to be picky. I just need my damn food like yesterday.

Poor quality worker. Said he was the assistant manager and when I asked who was above him he said nobody but when I asked for the managers number he said he will be in tomorrow with attitude. Worst experience ever with how rude he was. 2/13 around 1pm. Male. I hope the person above this man knows how he treats other people.

Shows the hours are open until 11pm yet when I got there well before 11 they were closed with a sign on the door saying “on break”. Waited for several minutes and no one answers the phone and the lights in the store are all off. Wasted my time driving all the way there. Hate places that waste your time like that. It’s not professional to not stick by advertised hours. Just one of the many reasons Subway is falling apart as a chain.

Disappointed. This was our first trip to any subway in years and certainly after the “refresh”. The employees didn’t know what went on sandwiches, as my teenager asked what was on cold cut combo and he told him bologna only. Ordered Sunday special and was over charged. Bread melted away, it was not dense enough. The cookies were hard and over cooked. I guess we will pass on subway again for the next few years. Disappointing. Not horrible. But not what we expected after they worked so hard to refresh everything.
