So sad looking food. I came to this location many time with some ok experiences.
But this time was the worst, the chicken was so dried and stale. Maybe because i got there 30mins before they closed. Wouldn't be so mad if they said they were out of chicken... probably my last visite here.

Food was stale and not even a 4 piece tender which is what I paid for they have me 3 and cut the bigger one in half 🤦🏽♂️ this is down right pathetic I called to really to someone and no one picks up

I just pulled up to the drive thru at 10pm Friday 6/24/22. I'm on the phone with my daughter who is at home giving me her order. The guy asked if I was ready to order and I said can you give me a second. He then told me to back up to the previous menu which doesn't have the full menu, "because this one is just for ordering." I did just that. Now I'm getting testy with my daughter. She asks for Krispy chicken. I pull forward and ask, you can guess what happened next....... He says they only have original. Now I'm irritated and I let him know I have to call her back and he said that that menu screen is only for ordering. I asked if they were open inside, he said no. He was being very rude, he made it very difficult to order and I left. I don't know how he has a job.

Haven't had food from here for over 5 years. I'm sorry I tried because it didn't taste like it used to, it was very dry,what happened & gravy was salty. Just not good at all.

At the drive-thru I ordered a 3pc chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes & gravy. 2/3 pcs of chicken I refused to eat due to poor quality. I also received french fries instead of mashed potatoes which was a disappointment because the fries tasted old and I found a small FEATHER in my fry box! Needless to say I threw all my food away and won't be back to this location.

First time at KFC in a long time.Many years.I went in and ordered my chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.I was in and out very quickly.The chicken was delicious and I was very happy and I will be back for sure.

Never had a bad experience at this KFC for 10 years till today. I guess my order for one KFC bowl was not simple enough, and it got messed up 3 times. Cindy couldn’t get my order right so I just ended up getting a refund. Cindy was extremely rude, and was slamming the window closed and throwing the food that I handed back all while making sarcastic comments. I’m not sure what the attitude was for? If anyone should have an attitude it should be me. I was the one who had to drive back to get my ordered corrected. But obviously me the customer did something wrong. But that’s fine, I got my money back. Cindy needs major help with customer service skills.
