Employee who took my order was not very friendly at all and honestly just acted like my presence was an inconvenience. I really don't go to Dutchbros because I hate that they talk so much so I know if I think they're unfriendly... they're probably really unfriendly. She hands me my drink and I go to get a straw, she says they're completely out of straws in a snarky tone... as if straws are convenience... the lids are NOT sip lids? The manager needs to go to the store and probably get some straws or have sip lids if you're gonna have to-go cups. Not to mention the order took a solid 10-15 minutes (which is fine) but there is literally like 3 people working the place and 2 customers lol. I've seen a single girl in the target Starbucks handle a line 4x as long in the same time. I study at the library a lot so it was convenient but I'll definitely just got get my coffee elsewhere before hand. 2 stars because the coffee tasted fine.

An eye appealing cafe, with issues. The perfect location and descent service one would believe that a stop would be worth it on your way in/ out of Paseo Verde library. That assessment would not be a wise one. Prices are high; a bottle of Smart Water $3. One daughter's muffin seemed moist too bad they used old chocolate chips. Another Daughter's chocolate chip Cookie was hard. The most disturbing Huge no-no, unable to tell me if there was Soy in the oatmeal raisin cookie. The list of ingredients I am told was not available at this time. So no treat for this mom. That may have been a good thing since kids treats were old & stale. I will return to the library, and won't be rechecking out the cafe again.
