Good and quick service, but the food is not as great as other bagel shops. Bagels themselves were pretty good, selection was also decent. However, the smear was low quality, definitely not as good as other places. My wife commented that supermarket cream cheese was better. Probably not going to return.

I don't understand how this place has so many mixed reviews. I went there today and got a Philly Cheese Steak on an onion bagel, it was awesome, I loved it! The bagel was soft, the meat was perfect and the girl who served me was very pleasant. I will definitely eat there again!

Decent bagel spot in Henderson. Went on a Friday at 9:30 and the bagels didn't taste super fresh, but they were better than most bagels in Vegas. If I'm in the area, I'll go back, but I won't go out of my way for a bagel from here.

I go to Brooklyn Bagel almost every Thursday for their Tijuana hit on jalapeño bagel. I also enjoy their Philly steak and cheese bagel. They have great food and the staff is always friendly with me. Fast and easy breakfast

Love this place, atmosphere is good, service is great, but for some reason today the bagels are just not as good. The everything bagel was good. But the sesame bagel was made wrong: it was like eating a hard doughnut with too much cornmeal on the bottom.

I should have known better. I've been to the other Brooklyn Bagel on Eastern and I didn't like the service there either. Took 10 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese (and there was no one there). The staff was too busy talking to each other to give me any attention. Also, they didn't ask if I wanted my bagle toasted.

Not sure if it's just this location or the whole franchise but the bagels are not fresh. I've bought dozens of bagels from them in the last year and I'm finally done trying. Bagels taste at best a day old if not 2 days old. Better off buying at the grocery store for that quality.

The service was slow and ok. The bagels were not fresh and very hard. Also I felt like 15 dollars for 3 plain bagels, I small container of cream cheese and 3 orange juices is a bit much not sure I would come back.
