This is a really nice, efficient and clean store. Staff is courteous and always tend to me quickly. I'm able to get my shipping needs resolved, including packing boxes and finding the right transport for my package. This is also a location I can take some store returns, which is very helpful as well.

Rude service. No incentive to help customers at all. Went to get a document notarize, was told rudely it required an appointment and that there had been a sign for two months on the door, as if people go to this store every so often and should’ve already known. We tried to explain I was deploying soon and could not make an appointment for a later time. We went to a different UPS store down the block, not too far from this and they were much more customer oriented and did not require an appointment to notarize documents. I don’t know what makes this store different from the other store I went to, but the management needs to change and the employees need to be more customer oriented.

The customer service is unprofessional. There’s no greeting when walking in the door. Employees are on their phones even with customers in the store. Masks are required, but a customer walked in without a mask and was still serviced. They overcharge for copies and printing, you’re better off going to FedEx for that. You can save yourself time and gas by avoiding this garbage

Absolutley terrible customer service! They will rip you off any chance they get! It cost $4.66 for 4 copies! They said because they had to open up a file to print yet the in house computer to do so was out of order. What? Employee didn't bother to inform me of this either until my checkout of almost $5 for 4 prints. Avoid this location at all cost!
