Golden Corral

Came to Golden Corral craving their meatloaf and was not disappointed. It was busy as I expected it would be on a Sunday afternoon, however, we found seats and managed not to be elbow to elbow on the buffet line. The serving areas were reasonably well attended, clean, and most items available. Surprisingly, it was the salad section that seemed to need the most attention. A lot of the food bowls needed topping off. The price was more than I remembered it- dinner for two with soft drinks came to $43. The freshness, variety, and taste of the offerings led me to believe we received good value and were quite content with what we paid. Our server, Jonathan, made sure our empty plates were taken away quickly, our drinks refilled promptly, and deserving of the tip we handed him. I do believe they remodeled since our last visit. And I swear the food was better prepared and tastier. We plan to return much sooner than three years!

With most of the resort buffets closed, and sadly, not to reopen again, Golden Corral was a welcome substitute. With this in mind, the restaurant at this location should take steps to improve and update the interior. The food was good and well presented and the staff friendly and helpful. I would like to see the restaurant itself be more presentable and cleaner. This is an amazing opportunity to attract buffet goers but the decor must come up to standards.

My family had a great time having dinner at the Golden Corral in Henderson. The buffet was delicious, service was great, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the price you can’t beat it, very affordable. Our waitress, Suzanne, did an excellent job in taking care of my family, a party of seven people She really made our dinner very enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for a great buffet.

Great for families. Even has cotton candy, reward for the kids after they have eaten properly. Fried chicken was freshly cooked, hot and crisp coating. Wonderful lineups of meats, veggies - loved the steamed cabbage. Even Fried okra, which I never eat - yummy. Better selections than the average casino buffets. Since Station Casinos haven't opened up their buffets, Golden Corral should e the obvious choice. On Sunday the Lamb restaurant is busy, but no waiting and foods just keep coming out, freshly prepared. The Stephanie restaurant is good as well, but not as busy. Maybe people don't know that they have re-opened. Prices cheaper for lunch, especially mid-week. 😋
