Blume

Blume is a vibe for anyone looking to experience a real smooth chilled experience. The food was decent, that's only because the temperature of their steaks was a bit off. But outside of that the food is definitely well seasoned, the servers truly know the menu and they are able to recommend items that will definitely elevate the experience. My wife and I had Daniel who had a great personality and even with the prepping for an event that night he never allowed their team activity to take away from his focus of our table and even captured an amazing video for us.

While Blume was not at all what we expected upon arrival, as in a good dining restaurant with a nightclub atmosphere, the staff was energetic and helpful. Valentino was both our server and DJ. No one brings life to a party like him. He has a flare for good taste and wants to bring happiness to your experience. The food was delightful in preparation, presentation, and taste. Be prepared, however, to wait between serving of drinks and food. While I prefer to be attended to and checked on more often than I was, I can certainly adjust my expectations for next time. Oh yes, there will be a next time. Be sure to experience this gem of a place off the path of the rest of Vegas glitz and glamor.

This place is beautiful on the inside great for photo opportunities. The service was amazing literally 5star service. The food was good not amazing but good. The owner was very nice in making our drinks his willingness to satisfy the guests shows why the business is doing so well. Now I recommend going on a Sunday evening in regards to getting a feel for the place without the crowds and the extra nonsense. This is a great place for a evening dinner and drinks or to celebrate. I will recommend and I will visit again.

OMG, Blume is now serving brunch on Sunday! If you are looking for delicious food with lots of options on the menu, plus turned up music with an upbeat vibe. Come out and enjoy the new day club like atmosphere with delicious cocktails, bottomless mimosas and sparkles. For me it was the perfect Vegas style brunch to take my friend who was visiting. Can’t wait to go back. Blume never disappoints! Love this place!

I eat all over the bayarea known for its food industry and I couldn't believe that this place is a whole experience. From the food to the service, like literally our host/server was fly like some Grammys level fashion, the atmosphere and style in the restaurant is very player. Basically I'm saying this is the Place you have to come to when you're in Las Vegas.

Love the upscale vibes, however the service needs to match. I’ve been here twice & brought my BF for his Bday. We ordered the Tomahawk steak (they have a secret menu) which was about $165 & came with 3 sides. We’ve had better. The skirt steak was the best & another occasion I tried the fried chicken which was juicy. The drinks are OK, it’s all about the presentation which can be enticing. The hookah lounge & club situation is a little overrated & overpriced. Having a $175 minimum & reservation kind of steers you away from wanting to go after you just spent $280 on dinner . If I decide to go back a 3rd time it’ll prob be for taco Tuesday or happy hour.

We came to Blume Restaurant to celebrate the 29th birthday of my daughter, Carolyn-Corinne. The ambiance was lively, they had beautiful decor, social distancing and face masks were observed, and the for the most part, the food was delicious. A couple of people in our party indicated that the shrimp and lobster was overcooked and my collard greens weren't cooked enough. But other than that, we all had a wonderful evening at Blume Restaurant.
