Chili's

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am aware that Chili's is a chain, and I don't expect the same service I would receive had I gone to a 5 star restaurant, but I do expect the bare minimum. Last night, I went to this location with 2 of my friends. We frequent Chili's as it is our favorite restaurant, so we know what to expect from Chili's. To start the night, we put ourselves on the waitlist and we were 9th in line. We waited a little while and then went to check in. Once my friend checked us in, the lady was extremely rude and told her 'there is no waitlist' ? What waitlist are we sitting here on then? I truly believe they turned the waitlist on and put 9 people in line to try to defer other customers from coming in because there were NOT 9 different groups waiting to be seated, only 2. Once she ran around the entire restaurant doing anything else but assisting us, she finally sat us in the very back of the restaurant, last table by the bathrooms. We passed plenty of open tables along our treacherous journey to the back of the restaurant. After 10-15 minutes of sitting at our table our waitress finally comes up to take our order. She rushed us and made us order our drinks, appetizers, and food all at once, which isn't my favorite because I like to sit and eat my appetizer before my food gets to me. Instead, she brings our drinks, about 10 minutes later my chips showed up, no ranch, no celery. After waiting about 10 more minutes, I asked for the 'large' side of ranch that I ordered, and she brings me back a half full, tiny side of ranch. Can't even fit the chip into the container it was so small and there was such little ranch in it. It's not like I could ask for more because after another 35-45 minutes of sitting there (not being checked on) someone finally shows up with our food. At this point, we have no silverware, no napkins, all of our drinks are empty. Poor food runner had to go get all of the stuff our waitress should have been doing. First thing to note is how gross our food looked. 1) my friends salad was brown and looked disgusting. 2) my cheese dip that I ordered as my APPETIZER came out after my meal was delivered and it was covered in chocolate sauce?????? Attaching a picture of that. Multiple times throughout our 2 hour stent at Chili's, we heard our waitress say things that nobody wants to hear coming from a restaurant. She would walk into the kitchen and scream 'OH SH!T' loud enough where the other tables around us could hear it too. One time, we saw her walking up to a table and announce 'I have to pee' as she was handing them their bill. That's not appropriate conversation for a restaurant. As we were leaving the restaurant, there were piles of dirt along the floor just left for people to walk through. Luckily my friend and I were able to step over them, but her husband was not looking and slipped in the trash/dirt. Luckily it was a young, robust male and not a frail old person who could have broken something. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chili's. This location needs to either be shut down or be under new management before I will ever consider stepping foot back in that place.

I haven't been to a Chile's in years. I don't usually sit down at chain restaurants because I have a specialized diet and my wife is vegan, so it's hard to find places to eat sometimes. I had a chicken Caesar salad and she had a black bean burger. They originally brought out a regular burger, but the server was really nice, and they fixed it quick. The food was good, and they have these cool little tablet things on the tables that you can play games on, etc, and it shows your bill at the end of the meal, and you can pay right there, it even allows you to split the check multiple ways. Pretty cool. The 5 stars was mainly for the service. Or server was really nice, and she took care of the mistake really quickly.

Their menu has gotten better. Alot more deal type meals than I've seen before, like 3 for $$ or pick 2/pick 3. The food was very tasty and worth the money. The only down side was our server, repeatedly had to ask for the same item over 3 times. Not sure if it was lack of attention or if business was picking up and they got used to minimized crowds. Either way not happy about that. But otherwise the food made all the difference.

Always forget sauce or food just thrown in box. No hello. No thank you. No sorry. Just nothing. And to always leave a tip for this same mess is ridiculous. Oh and to get wherever you're going just to realize the silverware you asked for isn't in there. So you just eat with your hands and wipe them on your shirt because you have no napkins!!! Just great! Won't be returning to this location

First of all Danielle definitely wasn’t expecting a tip due to our age because it was very reflective in her service to others around us compared to the service towards us. despite my drink being gone before the entree came not once did she offer to refill 1 drink. Chicken tenders were way too crispy. And after waiting over 10 minutes for an opportunity to ask for more ranch we gave up. Deserts were good hence the 2 stars. But the icing on the cake comes in the payment. As I am select the option to pay with card it automatically decides to add on a tip without my knowledge for a price that was not nearly reflective of the poor service: definitely not a pleasant experience.

I always really liked Chili's but for some reason they changed the meat that they use for the fajitas which is very sad because their old fajitas were the bomb. Now there were some pieces I couldn't even eat because they were too tough and that's not how Chili's fajitas used to be for sure they also put some kind of weird seasoning on top now that wasn't on there before either I probably next time we'll have a steak instead of the fajitas just because that's not a good choice of meat when eating fajitas you do not want them to be chewy especially for $20 a plate. The server was really nice there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant it was mid-afternoon I'm used to it being a lot busier there so the food came out really fast which was nice if you're in a hurry at lunch you might want to stop there you could probably get in and out in an hour.

Been coming here for years and last couple visits have gone down hill. Apparently soup is no longer on the menu. Two separate soups not available and then told its a Chili's problem. At this point a birthday celebration meal ruined because they didn't say they didn't have the items until we all ate and waited to get waitress and oh someone should have told you. Very disappointed in the service and the meal. Probably the last time I will bring my family or friends here. I will go to Texas Roadhouse instead.
