Dunkin'

Yessenia is so rude. They got our order wrong but charged it correctly, I asked if they can correct it and she said “this is not my problem and you need to take it up with the one that took your order” The guy was next to her and way saying yes she is correct, I stood there with the sandwich for a few minutes, and nothing. We sat back down to see if they would call us back up and went back to ask if they were remaking it or not. The other staff was fine, but Yessenia was really rude, and there were two others within the 15 minutes saying there order was wrong.

My milkshake was good. I also ordered munchkins but the Indian guy's customer service wasn't that great. He wouldn't let me finish speaking when I was telling him what I wanted, he sounded agitated when taking my order. And to top it off, when I opened the box, I was greeted by a dead fly on the inside of the box. I had to go back and get another batch. He threw the munchkins and the box out in front of me so I'll give him that. He didnt apologize but tried to make an excuse as to why the fly was in the box. And he also said he gave me extra munchkins, however he didn't give me all of the flavors of munchkins I had asked him for, once again probably bc he was in a rush to get rid of customers (even though at this time I was the last one there). So the extra munchkins didn't really do anything for me. I personally would've preferred to get my money back but my sister insisted on keeping the good batch of munchkins.

I was there today by 9:28pm and there was a car that take some time to order and then it was my time to order but I was there and nobody took my order I was asking if it was open and nobody answered and I saw people inside I still wait but nothing then I came to the other side by the window to leave because there were cars behind me and I saw the employees walking around and I was tryna ask or waiting them to say something and they saw me and ignored me. And everybody behind me left too.
