I have had food from here on several occasions and I have never been satisfied with the food in general despite giving it the benefit of the doubt Time and time over. The chips were a lot better the last time round but In general they taste like cardboard, the prices are very cheap and good but I can see and taste why. Chicken fillet burger was hard like the chicken had been sitting in the fridge for a long time already cooked and then jsut reheated , dipped back In the fryer . I won't be going back here again

The food was absolutely delicious, the lamb doner was so tasty and juicy. The lamb shish was also one of my favourites. The chips were crispy as well. The customer service was very good. The delivery was so quick and it arrived before the estimated time. Overall I’m really happy with the service and will be ordering many more in the future.

We usually go here and another kebab shop and we always collect but decided to get delivery. Delivery was 1hr 20 on a Tuesday, cold and was missing the lamb out of the platter. It's more the fact the lambs the best bit and £20 worth! Called up straight away and the shop said I was lying. Said everything was there and hot. Awful service from the staff, ended the call with them agreeing it could be cold but not they're missing anything. Didn't want to do anything about it. Will not be returning. Tip to future customers - ONLY COLLECT and CHECK, otherwise go else where.

More than disappointed with chicken kebabs ordered. The naan bread was doughy and wet, the salad was limp and the chips tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Just about managed to pick at some chicken inside. Called to explain and they just said if they sent another one they would be the same. However they didn’t offer a replacement. The attitude of the staff was very dismissive. I’ve never written a review before but I felt so strongly about this that I had to leave my thoughts on such a bad experience. Much better places to get a kebab in hemel than this.😳
