Belated review of Emily’s, but I have to share my positive experience! I usually never review takeaway coffee, but the coffee I received here was the best I’ve had in a while. Staff were pleasant and efficient, and the amount of cabinet items available was incredible. The sign on the register area that said ‘please do not use mobile phones for talking on’ seemed a bit silly and condescending in my opinion, however maybe there is a legitimate reason for it. Regardless, would recommend the coffee from here!

horrible, staff worker yelling at a middle eastern couple because they didn’t understand her, full attitude and tone. the couple were nice and did their best. as a worker it takes patience to understand what the customer want, disgusting seeing how the young worker was treating the elderly couple, i hope the rest aren’t the same

This is the first review Iv ever done as I don’t normally complain about these things however, I came into Emily’s today and the service was absolutely appalling! The girl on the front desk wasn’t great but the girl who bright our drinks and food was just something else. Without even looking at us or saying a word the girl smashed the cups and plates down all at one end of the table, no who ordered this or that. Hot food placed in front of my three year old son too, she then took the table number and walked off! Iv never had such bad service in my life. I actually said out loud wow!! My food wasn’t even that hot and was cold on the inside, couldn’t finish it as being pregnant I thought I might of got food poisoning. I work in the Center which is a shame as I will never go back now. Sorry Emily’s but you need a customer service chat with your staff.

My favourite little coffee shop in Westfield's Helensvale, have been coming here since its opening 😊 Friendly, efficient service & lovely food, conveniently located outside Target, parking directly outside. I recommend the satay chicken wraps, they sell out so quickly. Today having a delicious toasted SW.
