Called in for a late coffee. Merlo is a great Brand and your coffees did not disappoint👏. We were too late☹️ for your homemade baked goods as sold out... however, our cakes were still delicious. Thank you.

We shop at Helensvale Shopping Plaza often and we finally decided to stop for breakfast. The coffee and Eggs Benny and Bacon were a lovely surprise!
I am sure service was with a smile (even though it was behind a mask!) Next time we will have to try the home made cakes!

This is the best place to relax and have something to eat the staff are excellent and the customer service is outstanding , compliments to the cook. If I could I would give them both 100 points. Both myself and husband has breakfast here on Saturday 5 June 2021 and we enjoyed our meal. Will recommend this place to my family and friends

Busy little cafe in Helensvale Plaza next to Coles. Great range of reasonably priced food delivered quickly. Friendly staff and lovely slices/cakes. The coffee is Merlo and usually very good. Newspapers are always available which is pretty rare these days

I went there and got hot beer battered chips for my son who is anaphylactic. I forgot to check the ingredients when i bought them and called up to find out, The women didn't seem to care and wasn't in a rush to tell me the ingredients. I wouldn't go there. They should also learn what is in there food as allergies can kill someone.

Terrible customer service. Worker spoke to us in a rude manner because I had yet to order food, all while I was reading the menu. She aggressively told us we couldn’t sit there since I hadn’t ordered food even though I explained that I was still browsing - while holding the menu visibly. She was extremely smug - I took my business elsewhere.
