Great hoagies, great prices the hoagies have never changed. As great today as they were years ago. Dave and his family go out of their way for you. Every time we come into town from Allentown we order 6 hoagies. Thank you Dave and your family. It was great to see your son. Until our next trip.

I don’t understand a negative review regarding the size or pricing of Third Base hoagies. I have been a customer for decades, have tasted hoagies across the USA and never have found any better than Third Base in taste, size or price.

The. Best. Place. to get a hoagie in Hazleton. This place has been serving hoagies and sandwiches forever, and they have perfected their work. The staff is always friendly and the food is always out of this world. You can't beat their prices either, definitely the best bang for your buck. If you're in Hazleton, this is a must stop! Your taste buds will thank you!

Loved this local gem. The milkshakes were gigantic and the double bacon burger, was delicious ! Dave was great to talk with, and it is such a nice treat to spend time in a place that takes pride in what it does. We are already honing our orders for next time! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Third base is amazing. Great food, great people, staff is awesome. Cash only helps keep prices down low too! Me and the wife fill up with 3 deluxes a bag of chips and 3 drinks for less than 20 bucks!!

Agreed best hoagies, but very sad when you get them off site and the bun is soggy as well as the lettuce. Total turnoff and end up picking it apart and then throwing half away.

Third Base Luncheonette is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The food is FABULOUS, the people are FANTASTIC, and the atmosphere is GREAT!!! I only wish I could take this place home with me! I know one thing for sure - the next time I’m in Hazleton, PA - I am DEFINITELY coming here for lunch!!! Just one thing to remember: bring CASH - they don’t take credit cards - CASH ONLY.

We like this spot for lunch. Delicious sandwiches. Try the chicken chip steak and cheese hoagie with onions or the bacon cheeseburger. Yum! They make sandwiches and salads and only take cash.

Always fast, even when there are other customers there. Always friendly and good entertainment when you go to eat there. Food is always fresh and good. Never once had a negative experience with them.
