Long wait time
Potentially hazardous food
Waited in line on 9/21 Tuesday 2pm-3pm for my food. Very long wait time for 4 people in line. Ordered my food and then proceed to check out. Paid and left. Was not till I parked and tried the food to note that there is less fries and hair on my mouth on first bite.

Lines in most fast food places are usually shorter on the inside and therefore faster to place and receive an order but this restaurant's lobby door was closed so we couldn't go in. We went through the drive-thru mid afternoon which took ridiculously long to move along seeing as it wasn't even during busy lunch or dinner hours. The food overall was okay and not even worth the long wait in the drive thru. I haven't had this long of a wait time at other Wendy's drive-thru's. I recommend going to one of their other locations if you're short on time or just don't have the patience.

9am Pulled into drive-thru, since there was only 1 car waiting. Ordered 4 regular breakfast sandwiches only & had to wait 11 minutes for someone to bring it out to my car. Said they were waiting for swiss cheese...🤨?
The sandwiches were good AF, but not happy about the wait. Hate to see what happens when they're busy.

They really need to be trained on customer service and how to make their drinks (mainly their frosty-ccino’s). I order the vanilla frosty-ccino and due to indecisiveness on how to make the drink at the window, I informed them that I did not wanna pay for it until I saw the drink. The staff told me (with a lot of attitude) I had a to pay first, because they don’t want to waste product. The district manager Sylvia reassured me the one making my drink knew what she was doing. She was wrong!

Slow , horrible employees , manager talking to someone in the drive thru ( giving away free food) and having more than 3 paying customers waiting. They gave the non paying person my food and when I brought it to her attention she immediately gave me a horrible attitude because I told her that I did not want food that was handed to someone else. I tossed the cold food out and will never return to this location or any other Wendy's for a long while.

Went there for breakfast. Instead of telling me that they no longer served breakfast because of the time, they told me every time I tried to order, they were out of stock for it. That was very irritating. Never will recommend that Wendy's or patronize them with my hard earned money

Very displeased with this Wendy’s . They state nowhere that a fish sandwich will take 5 mins to cook, asked for a complimentary drink and they said no . Any person with common sense knows they could’ve gave it to me but they didn’t want to . I’ll be calling to speak to general manger and cooperate office . Earl and some African American lady don’t care about the customer’s experience! Should’ve took my butt to Mc Donald’s where they have rewards and appreciate their customers

Very long wait, coke drinks were not sweet, just dark, fizzy and flavorless, they got my order wrong, burgers were cold. Haven't eaten here in over two years. I remember why.
