Paid for extra sausage didn't get them but the manager called me and offered to make it right. I've worked in food service so I kno mistakes happen it was the fact they they made a mistake, apologized and offered to make it right that made the difference.

If I could, I’d give this place a 1/2 star. The staff is miserable & unprofessional, and the service is extremely slow. I’ve only been there a few times and each time, they’ve gotten my order wrong. And when you try to correct the order, the staff is rude. Today was the last straw. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff and management sucks. The other McDonald's on Broadway and on Crooks Ave are so much better the food and I can't understand why. Aren't they all the same McDonald's??? They can't even melt the cheese right at this location. Too many mistakes and too many knuckleheads working there including management. I ordered a 10 piece nugget one time. I asked for one sweet and sour sauce and one honey mustard. It even came up on the screen. Normally i would check my order but it was only ONE ORDER OF chicken nuggets, sweet and sour and honey mustard. I get home 2 BBQ sauces. Idiots or they don't care or both. They're lucky to get 2 ⭐⭐
