Drove by this place countless times and after reading the nj.com article I figured it was probably about time. I had pancakes with hash and eggs. The food was really good and my server was awesome. Definitely a gem in Hawthorne, I’ll be back soon!

We are reluctant to tell you about this wonderful place because we truly do not want this place to become too crowded. We wanted a new place to have breakfast out. Well we found it. Dee's luncheonette is simply perfect. Good food, decent prices, friendly and helpful staff especially Debbie. Quick service. An all female staff. You know women get things done. We have literally driven by here for decades. So glad we finally stopped in. We will be back again and again!

This is a nice, small Hawthorne breakfast and lunch restaurant. My husband and I each had breakfast on a Wed morning and we're pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly this place is. Awesome breakfast and at a good price. They also carry newspapers and have a lottery machine.

What a nice mom and pop shop. Friendly, great food and a good cup of coffee. Certainly a no frills experience, but none needed!
