I live within walking distance of this establishment. Poor customer service, substandard cleanliness, misrepresented offerings, ex. Per website, offers an assortment, of hot dogs, taquitos, pizza, wings etc. 24/7. This is completely inaccurate. Tried to call in an order at 130am. Called a total of 5 times in a row. I can see the empty parking lot from my window. No answer. Each call rang a total of 4 minutes before disconnecting per my call log. Walked to the store to try to order the taquitos i knew they wouldn't already have warmed up this time of night despite their false advertisement of food availability as they stop replenishing the rollers in the early evening which to my own fault I already knew full well from frequent experience from shopping there repeatedly due to convenience of proximity. I've been in this store over the years all times of day. They don't properly dispose of old food on warmers per personal experience. Full disclosure, I was buzzed, knew it would be irresponsible to drive for a quick bite so it made sense to call ahead and ask for fresh taquitos for pickup within my walking distance. When I inquired as to the reason for ignoring my calls the bs excuse I recieved was that they recieve a lot of prank calls. Personally I find it pretty damn hard to believe they recieve a high level of prank callers during the hours of 1:30am - whenever the next supposed shift of prank callers kicks In. Point blank, I've put up with this location out of convenience up until tonight. I will not be returning again moving forward, close or not. Poor service, poor store matinence, poor ownership and oversight. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.
