Very poor service! I placed an online mobile order to avoid drive thru wait time and regular wait time. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:23pm. Been waiting for 20 mins with no update and just a “sorry for the wait” not even a “what’s your name for the order.” I don’t recommend if you’re in a rush. I’m a really patient person but they do not know how to manage their time properly and I strongly recommend a DM (district manager) to come check out the way this place is running.

Mobile order pick up is so confusing. Should have a sign at the other window that guides customers to the correct window. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. and it wasn’t even busy.

I love this Starbucks and the employees are like family. They know what you want and always greets you with a smile and by name. Can't wait for the new store to open!!!!

Nice place with power outlet but seats without a back support and payment machine was not working.

They have people sitting down with laptops and the manager doesn't care and takes the costumers side. The suppose costumers that were sitting there were wasting and taking all the chairs and tables for other costumers too sit down. There was alot of costumers there not doing nothing not even eating and weren't time there with there laptops and not eating nor nothing not letting other people sit and eat there . The people that works in Starbucks didn't really care about nothing.
