Food worker doesn't wear a glove to handle food. When I ask to talk to manager, she said they all wash their hands every 5-7 minutes so they good to go. So you telling me based upon the photos that I took, that u only wash one hand or you just do half the requirements of the county food safety board?? She and her cashier also accused me of lying and the video I showed them, she claimed "I edited the video." Another customer saw the whole thing happen and vouched for me. When I took pictures of their food grade and license number, she changed her tune. I'm not hard up for a few tacos and burritos. And if I was going to scam a business, it wouldn't be a taco bell. Will follow up tomorrow with general manager in person, and county food safety board.

I am very disappointed with this location. The lady at the speaker box had a bad attitude and didn't get the order right and then when I got to the window to pay for the order, the guy working the window read the wrong order to me. I ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 thighs and one legs because that's all they had was thighs and leg. Then I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 thighs and Cole slaw and I only got one thigh and Cole slaw. Then I wasn't given a receipt for my purchases. I tried to call to speak to a manager and no one would answer the phone. Just unacceptable!

Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes past my pick up time. Should be plenty of time to have my order ready, right? Wrong. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. While I was waiting, I watched several customers being turned away at the counter being told that "we have no more chicken". How does KFC run out of chicken? The man wasn't even given an estimated wait time for the next batch. This place needs help!

The chicken was cooked much better than I have had there in the past when it was often over cooked. It always gets me when I ask for an 8pc, the breast crispy and the other 6pcs original and they just can't understand my request even after repeating back to me what I said. This last time I got two crispy breast, two legs and four thighs...no wings. I give 4 stars because the chicken was okay. Not 5 stars because 8pcs shouldn't cost $22!

Ordered online one hour and a half before closing time period arrived only to have the door closed an hour earlier and was redirected to their drive through which not only defeats the purpose but their line is a half hour wait as well. Never order ahead period or even trust their posted closing time. Also they didn't even get my side order right either. They gave me coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese. If I could I've would of canceled my order but once you paid nearly $30 might as well not walk home empty handed.
