This place has changed so much! For whatever reason there was no BR, I ordered a hot chocolate and a Bavarian cream donut, the chocolate on the donut tasted powdery, my hot chocolate tasted like coffee (YUCK) and I had a cinnamon roll that I had to put in the microwave to soften it up. Yeah I think I'm out on DD.

They send me a cup of cream and sugar and the wrap is old. This was my Favorite Dunkin’ Donuts go to i order Uber eats every day because the coffee used to be so good but now for the last couple of months coffee get more and worse today I didn’t even get coffee I got cream and sugar and a burn sandwich

Clean, quiet, Wi-Fi, electric outlets, clean bathroom (have to ask for key), decent service. 7 months ago. ... UNTIL... I was denigrated and berated by owner, for having stayed too long. I am walking/backpacking across America. I stopped here to eat and charge my electronic devices. I bought food and drink. When I ran out of drink, I bought more. The store was NEVER crowded and I was not slightly disruptive. I complained to "corporate" after I left before police were called. I am seeking to truly see the face of America anew. I am. It is repulsive.

I ordered a large coffee. By the time I got to the window the little gentleman guy they could not open the register. I asked where was the Manger he said not there. Where is the shift supervisor not there. The coffee was already prepared so I asked how much? He said like $3.50. I handed he for keep the change on about to embark on an 8 hour drive. He said the register won't open. I told him it does not need to open. Take the four dollars more than enough an ring it up when the system is working. He said no can do. The register isn't working. Interesting because neither was his brain.

Well I’ve tried to get breakfast 3 times now at this location around 6 am and get told it’s not ready yet each time. Today all I ordered was an order of hash browns and a toasted bagel and the woman said come to the window, upon reaching the window she goes it’s not ready yet. One morning I even tried to get an iced tea and was told it’s not ready yet. This is the only location that I’ve ever been told something isn’t ready yet. Don’t waste your time at this location if you’re expecting a bite to eat.
