Ordered a whopper at 8 am because I was on my way home from work. It is clearly stated on their menu that it is offered as breakfast. I had to wait 20 mins for it then the burger was cold. Not cool I mean cold like it can from the fridge then when I called n spoke to the manager she said that's how they are served in the morning.....really????

Took 25 mins to get food. Dining area soda machines didn't have ice, only 2 selections of soda actually worked and food order was wrong twice! Waited almost 10 mins just to place the order! By far the worst BK I've ever been to!

what food being reheated and served as fresh. dirty sanitizer water left for over an hour by drink dispenser waited for 5 minutes to get waited on when nobody else was in the store

Very poor work ethics every table in the dining room is dirty. Floor was so sticky my shoes almost fell off my feet.. When I was done with my 15 minute wait for my chicken sandwich to walk towards soda fountains.. Oh yeah yeah I was greeted by a homeless person asking me for change after I complete my order
