Starbucks

I visited this store and I purchased a caramel frappe crunch. Halfway through the drink, it was all ice. I went into the store to voice my concern to the associate working the lobby. Sure was extremly rude to me while I explained to her my complaint about the beverage I purchased. It was not necessary to blame me for not knowing my drink would be watery towards the middle. I will never visit this store ever again.

Not a Good Morning at Starbucks at 806 Manhatten Blvd., Harvey, LA Another bad experience at this Starbucks. When they are not making you the wrong drink or giving you someone else's drink, they are messing up your food order. This morning I ordered a tall hot White chocolate Mocha drink and a Sausage, Egg & Cheddar sandwich. The drink was not hot, and the bread, yes, I repeat the "bread" was hard as a rock on my sandwich. I cannot believe this. The person that handled/heated this sandwich had to know that this bread was hard prior to giving it to me. My breakfast was ruined at five something in the morning and I am truly disappointed in the employee that made my drink, and the employee that gave this sandwich to me. I pay Starbucks premium prices for the quality and the service I am expecting to receive.

I was stuck in drive-thru for over 40 minutes to get this “food”, if that’s what you want to call it. It tasted like burnt popcorn and believe it or not..despite its size, it barely had any filling in it at all. For a newly constructed building it really needs to step up its game as far as workers and food quality. I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star but I had to in order to write this review. I do not recommend this particular Starbucks to anyone.

When you order an affogato shot on your frapp, you expect to taste coffee not watered down sugary milk for 8 bucks...and the sad thing is you don't have time to turn around because you're on your way to work... The good thing tho, you never have to go back because now you know. morning shift 1/25/22

The absolute worst. I go to Algiers and Marrero. I pray that you open another location near by and hire workers who aren't lazy. Or you can change your hours of operations to whenever we feel like closing whether you are in line or not. December 29, 2021 8:49 pm with a car in front of me. I just wanted to add money to my app. I live 2 minutes away, but you can close this location now.

I just moved from California and all the Starbucks Ive been to don’t know how to make coffee. I came across this one and wooow, they always make my drink right! Amazing customer service. Kyle is my favorite barista- he knows how to make coffee the way is supposed to be made. Everyone there is always nice and friendly.
