Terrible served. Asked for napkins 2 times finally got up n got some from bar myself. Chill was just a lump of trash n burned meat. Gave it back n brought me a bowl with water added. Just nasty. Now I remember why I quit coming here. This girl doesn't seen to be able to handles tables. U have to remind her 3 times before u get what you asked for. I'd give a O IF I could

My visit to Chili's tonight started out to be annoying. The greeter said they were closed and the door was supposed to be locked...luckily the food runner came out and said they were open now, so I was able to dine in. The food was delicious and redeemed the night. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. My Mexican street corn was cooked to perfection. The waitress was attentive, as well.

I had to give a star But this place is -1!!!! This has been the worst service i have ever seen, worst attitude from the male server, handed A hot plate of fajitas in a rude dangerous manner. Im ready to fight, the food was a joke. The employees are a joke, the quality is a joke this whole place is horrible. Stay away, fire everyone theyre useless. On a personal level theyre useless. 👌

Chili's not the same since the CV-19. No place is the same. Under staff and overworked employees that try to please you. The food was not cooked properly and I didn't expect it to. Store not clean again Staffing. The young Lady tried to do her best. But I'm not made with them. They should just do pickup maybe that's all they can handle. Just pay the folks proper wages and you may make it ...God Bless our 🌎

Ordered To-Go Sirloin Steak meal with sides and added a full rack of Honey-Chipotle ribs. The steamed broccoli was not steamed or cooked at all! The Steak was Ordered Medium Well and was served well-done, tough, and dry. The ribs were done really well and tasted great , the Texas cheese fries were cold and hardly had any cheese. I picked up about 8:45 and although they closed for 10:30 it seems as though everything was being rushed to order and not properly prepared. A family came in to dine and was told there was an hr wait to be served, although there were hardly any more than 4 tables already seated.

I ordered to go and multiple items were missing from the bag. They did not have any tortillas to go with the fajitas. I always ask for extra tortillas and if I didn't do so this time there wouldn't have been any in my bag. We ordered a 2 for 25 which comes with a dessert, so we selected the cheesecake and we got no cheesecake. There was no cheese or guacamole to go with the toppings for the fajitas. No salad dressing to go along with the two skimpy salads that they gave us.

11NOV21 ~ Thank you for recognizing America's Veterans & a delicious meal on Veteran's Day! I have in the past and will continue to dine at Chili's with friends & family. Four Months Ago... A good dining experience, thank-you. The food was very good. We had the $25 for 2 dinner. We had the fresh guacamole with chips appetizer, we both had the chicken fajitas, and cheesecake for desert. The service was good, the food was good in both quality & quantity, and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank-you. The only negative was we had to have a regular table because my wife is in a wheelchair. That put them in a high speed wobble, they forgot about us, and we spent a while waiting for a table. Two years ago... Nothing really bad, or good, to report, just middle of the road in every aspect. My wife and I go there from time to time. She likes the food there better than I do. The food is okay. Again, it is nothing to brag about or complain about too much. The price is middle of the road, not too pricey and not cheap. The waitress was a bit 'weak' on this visit but she is just one of many...

The service yesterday was horrible I was told it was gone be a 10 to 15 wait time.we ended up waiting 30 minutes they took forever to clean off the table. We finally got seated they took 15 minutes for our Waitress too come over to take our drink order and another 20 minutes to take our food order I order a kids cheeseburger and the meat still had blood coming out my nephew almost ate that and my chicken wasn’t cook the waitress bre she as if she didn’t want too be at work she never check on us we had too look for her to get a refill on our drinks and we ask for the check she took 15 minutes too just bring that only too over charge me we didn’t get have a nice day or nothing I don’t I be coming here know more if you got waitress who don’t want to be at work.
