Why I have loved and enjoyed DD for over fifty years. The new world will never again enjoy the perfectly glazed, huge glazed Honey Dipped donut of my childhood, hot chocolate w/whipped cream topping still soothes my tummy early in a wintry morning. Long live Double D's!

Breakfast and a show. The place has the typical dunkin menu items, and is about as clean an any dunkin is or isn’t. What sets this place apart was the loud and obnoxious verbal argument that was going on between the 3 people working this morning, one of whom identified herself as the manager. This shouting match went on for about 5 minutes, all while they were interacting with customers, and ended with the self proclaimed manager storming out the front door. Classy.

Fantastic staff, and very clean restaurant. This is the dunkin donuts I frequent the most in Hartford. Every day around 2pm most of my office empties out for a quick coffee run. Even when there is a line, the staff here does a great job moving people along.

Went there today 04/29 and I have never in my life saw such sloppy customer service. I went to this dunkin for a couple of months and ran upon an employee named JENNIFER. The middle register, glasses and chubby and boy can I say SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SHE messed up my order not ONCE but twice & was extremely rude to one of the old ladies buying water. Smh never again

I'm only adding one star because I have too. One of the workers lied straight to my face about a product they said they had when they didn't, either that or they didn't understand what I was asking. Regardless I did not get my drink after I paid for it.

Overall a good location, but I’ve worked for dunkin before and this isn’t the core values of them.
Would recommend certain items and certain employees.
