Dunkin'

Got a muffin and sat down to eat and the table was disgusting and looked like had all types of crumbs on it not being washed or cleaned off once that morning. I got there around 9:00am and I wish they had more tables because the 4 tables in there they all were nasty and gross, none of them being cleaned. Good chocolate muffin and coffee though

I'm not a coffee drinker, but sometimes I feel for a cup of coffee so this morning I went to Dunkin donut and ordered a medium coffee with 2 caramel shots, 2 creams, 2 sugars. I was looking forward to enjoying my cup of coffee which I ordered before and it was So good. Howerver this morning I'm so dissatisfied. They forgot to put the caramel in. I'm calling to let them know but the phone is going to a fax machine. So sad 😥😢😪

This place is something else. The gentleman taking orders doesn't speak English very well....it took almost 3 minutes for him to understand what "an extra medium shot of vanilla" means. The store was fairly busy but a lot of the staff seemed to be standing around a lot. When i got the tray of coffee, there was something brown on the lid. I asked the girl for a new lid. Here is the problem with this: 1. She didn't put gloves on 2. The second lid she gave me had more crap on it than the first (we discovered it was mocha). 3. When I told her that I would like a clean lid, she walked away to pretend not to hear me. I spent almost $60.00 in there with gift cards and I can't even get a clean coffee lid? Grossest thing ever.

Coffee is hot so I guess that's a plus, however I ordered sausage wake up wraps , received bacon wraps, and had to use the remainder of my lunch from work directly across the street to return the wraps, requested a refund and received 3.50 for what was charged as 3.88. Poor customer service skills. If you're just grabbing a coffee, smart customer, anything else good luck. Thanks dunkin, I'll be working six more hours on an empty stomach since your drive through takes 10 minutes.

12 minutes in line before you get to a rude Shift Leader at the register. I asked for a large shot in my medium latte (and was informed that that will be an extra dollar for an extra shot). As this was past noon and I was paying with my mobile app, the latte should have been $1.99. She rang it up at full price. When I questioned it, I was told that I didn't get the sale price cause I didn't tell her that I wanted it. This as she is standing in front of a sign that says "Medium lattes $1.99 after 12 pm for Mobile Customers". I guess paying with my phone wasn't enough of a clue. When I said this to her, she told me that I was rude. This place is an epic fail. This is why I buy 3 coffees from the DD near my house. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!
