Hartford's Pizza

First time ordering from Hartford’s Pizza and the workers over the phone were very rude and impatient. I wasn’t familiar with their menu and it was like I was begging them to tell me what the options were. The first staff couldn’t be bothered and just passed me on to another who told me to call back and disconnected the call. I can understand that it’s busy, but without a good customer service experience how are you going to gain new customers. With this service I would not be ordering from this restaurant.

Ordered my pizza thru Doordash , it's 3:44 am they claim delivery was made at 2 and complete to my house .... I have no pizza or soda ... plus no phone call recorded to me . My landlord has cameras on the front porch so either it was stolen or you never came . Please check this out on your end , if it wasn't delivered thats stealing and I will be reporting your business.

Ordered a small pizza with 7 toppings and a 2 liter sprite. I received a pizza missing 3 of my toppings and the wrong soda. I said I should have been contacted instead of them choosing. I called to tell them of the errors with my missing toppings and was told powdered garlic was used in place of fresh garlic. I told them that was unacceptable when I'm paying $1.25 per topping. The woman on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, as if remaking my pizza correctly was a favor to me. It's a shame I actually like their pizza but the attitude they give when they make a mistake ensures I will no longer purchase from their establishment.
