Wendy's

Best way to describe this Wendy's is through comparison to other Wendy's. So they aren't the fastest not the slowest. They get you your food correctly most of the time. Usually they are friendly and provide decent service. I really can't say that there has been anything that stands out to me about excellent service nor have I had an experience that I felt they went above and beyond. Granted isn't that every one of these places?!? IDK. So yeah, average. I'll still eat here from time to time. Good for when your short on money and hungry.

I would have given five stars based on the employee I encountered who was very kind and accommodating to help me access the dining room 10 minutes before it closed. I am giving three stars solely because of the manager who scolded that employee for accommodating my situation. As a customer, I entered and subsequently left the dining room within ten minutes, and was there during the posted dining room hours. If the dining room closes at 9:45PM that should be the hours of operation posted on the door.

Don't go to this Wendy's it by far worst fast food place around. They forgot to give my drinks, gave the wrong burgers than happen to be raw. I called and spoke with a manager who said his name was Tes and said he would replace the order. When I got there they gave me a hard time and never replaced it the order like he stated on the phone just the burgers and drinks they forgot. Made me wait about 20 minutes as well. Waste for time, gas and money.
