I asked for a crunch wrap this is what they gave me i asked for nacho bell grande extra cheese extra meat and this is what they gave me. I paid for nothing for cold sauggy food and extra stuff never given they should litterly fire who ever is the cook and the servers for not making sure quality is right.

I was overcharged in the drive through. The cashier said they refunded my card and told me I could have the meal free. It turned out the cashier had actually charged me twice and not refunded anything. When I went back to the store to get my money back, they gave me a ROUGH estimate of the proper refund. I won’t be returning to this location.

Boyfriend did drive thru and ordered something for himself and then 2 nachos tacos for me. When he got home and checked the bag, the tacos weren't even in them. So he drove all the way back just to get them. So yall gonna pay for our gas for that? Terrible service. It's like people don't wanna work anymore

If you enjoy waiting half an HR in a drive through line consistently. Oh and this is what my taco looked like .... They barely put anything in it (even by taco Bell standards) ... I'm so sick of the consistent lack of anything that could be considered good service from this place. Even the basics aren't met here.

The east Hartford taco bell has got to be one of the worst in the country. This has been on going for years they seem to just keep getting worse after forgetting half our order. This is what we got

Bought the crunch wrap supreme with the Baja blast. Whoever was the cook put thr right about of taco meat and sour cream. Hands down best crunch wrap made at this location.

The food was fine. It’s tough to give an establishment anything over 3 stars when they forget to include a spork and napkins with the meal through the drive thru
