Kfc

The last time I was here a teenager working the window put a piece of chicken in his mouth, saw me pulled it out of his mouth and served me my food. Gross. Today rude girl at drive through black lipstick black eyeshadow and a spike dog collar slammed the drive through window in my face and walked away as I asked for fresh fries. I waited and waited she finally came to the window and asked me (in an are you freaking serious manner) “ your willing to wait 5 minutes” I told her yes. She looked at the older lady working that lady said the fries are good they have been in the normal time. I told her I ate one and they are old she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes then says we’ll I’m going to need the other fries. Okay it’s my $20.00 and my time if I am willing to spend my money and time give me what I asked for!! Next time I will eat at Quick Trip and so should you!!! They acted like I really put them out, are they not here to work and earn money?? She literally just brought my fries I asked what her name was, she responded why I said well I don’t see a name tag. She then says yeah well I never wear one and I’m not in the mood to deal with people!!!!! 😬

The employee at this KFC saw my partner and I standing at the door around 7:20pm, yesterday. He prob felt busy and didnt want to go out of his way to let us know what was going on. The door and google source said this KFC closed at a later time. Neither of the dudes working came over to explain the Lobby hours closed at 7pm. I called them to ask whats up. Im thankful the phone was picked up. Setting up a paper sign and taping it to the entrances of the building to communicate lobby closing hours would be most effective and appreciated. Drive-through was open still, but we wanted to go into KFC because a lady was holding up the line fat.

Went there to get wings hot wings and they said that they were not available to purchase decided to get a two piece chicken which they charge $6.49 plus tax or two pieces of chicken a leg and thigh which must have been miniature chicken because they were smallest I've seen they also sold a box Meal for $6.49 also which included a cookie mashed potatoes and gravy biscuit and two pieces of chicken not sure how that works the Meal was cheaper then there two pieces of chicken the employees we encountered the first one they ignored me after multiple times to get her attention then the second one was rude and pushed our food to us just to get us on our way opposed to answering any questions this KFC over the years has done nothing but go downhill not to have wings since it's chicken place available for purchase I thought was something I didn't think I would hear they overcharged and their customer service is beyond lacking this particular location definitely needs to be re-educated on customer service quality of food as for the price other chicken $6.49 poor poor quality chicken for me is just unacceptable we go to these places because it is fast food but when you sacrifice quality or even just mediocre you would think that at least the service would have been better I'll not be going back to this particular KFC which after living in Harrisonville for over 40 years it's sad that I have seen not only the quality of food the poor service but the increased prices is for me unacceptable somebody needs to step in and correct this I will be contacting all of my contacts as many as possible to make sure that they understand what happened to me

I had not so great experiences in the past but the staff tonight was good and attentive to my requests. Maybe they refreshed their crew. Buffet was stocked and chicken was tasty. Wish they could find a way to keep the biscuits from drying out. Tables and floor were clean. Not a bad value for my family with all you can eat and drink. If you don't see something on the buffet, just ask about it.
