Ruby Tuesday

My visit here was okay. The restaurant is pretty basic. I do like the optional salad bar where you can fix your salad the way you like it versus a house salad etc. It would be nice if the menu had more variety of food. I was looking for either a pasta dish with chicken/shrimp or a stir fry type of meal but they had neither. Our waitress was nice and it was a pretty quiet place. Overall I enjoyed myself

The service here is the worst! Our server, Jessica R, messed up our order several times. Sweet potato had cinnamon on it when we asked for butter only. My son and I both ordered gluten free bun, mine was but his wasn't. I asked twice for more water, finally got a refill when I was ready to leave. The restaurant was not busy at all, I could understand some of the issues if they were busy. Won't be returning here anytime soon.

Service and the food was good. Steaks were done the way my wife and I like them. Salad bar was a joke , not much on it,no regular ranch dressing and the glass that covers the salad bar is a real problem because it hangs out over the bar too far and you can't reach anything in the back. Nice place to eat but please fix that salad bar!

Food was good and service was decent in general. Not too busy and they were training some people. Loved the salad bar. Honey bourbon chicken was quite good as was the desert. Rice pilaf was a let down though. Overcooked mushy and little flavor. My wife thought the steak was good as were the mashed potatoes. The music could have been turned down a bit. Over all, a good experience and I'll be back. For the salad bar, if nothing else.

It was a weekday, and around 7pm. The establishment had very few patrons, although it was obviously fully staffed. Say without hesitation that all of the staff seemed friendly and had big smiles and warm greetings. Our server was the most Pleasant, taking the time to get us what we needed before we ask. The food was delicious and I can honestly say that it's been awhile since I've had such a nice evening with a wonderful meal. Thank you guys!

Clean restaurant. They have changed the salad bar and it is no where near as good as it used to be. That's part of the reason we liked coming here. Service is always good but is sometimes slow. Usually isn't very busy when we go. Food is good, but I've heard some people's concern over it being expensive for what you get. I think it's comparable to other local places. It's expensive to eat anywhere anymore. I would recommend this restaurant. Love the appetizers.

Not a good experience. 1. Even the place was almost empty, it took 15 minutes to be ask what to drink. 2. Another 15 to the order to be take, that the waiter didn't wrote down and told us that he might return to ask that order again. 3. The order was served in a reasonable time 4 Ordered medium cook Sirloin, got a well done Sirloin (meaning: dry) 5. Paid extra for loaded potato, only not even a tablespoon of sour cream, maybe a pinch of cheese and 0 bacon bits. 6. The check was brought within 5 minutes after the food. Never was offered to have my empty glass refilled and never was offered dessert or how was the food. 7. After done with the food we waited another 15 minutes for them to take the check even when they passed my table several times and I believe it was only because I put on my coat and stood up. 8. They were never rude or disrespectful.
