Subway

Was here last night and had one of my greats experiences I have had at any restaurant in along time the two young men where getting ready to close up as it was a late night for me and needed to grab a quick bite they where very nice and accommodating and even though we where there very late we didn’t feel pressured or rushed was just an overall great experience! Wish I would have got there name to let management know how great they where!

First the good news: the two young men working this Sunday evening were polite, professional, apologetic, and accommodating. The bad news: At 5:30 PM on a Sunday they were out of tuna (2 of 3 subs couldn’t be made). Wanted to order a meatball sub as an alternative….sorry, only 1 meatball left. Italian bread roll….stale. The one meatball sub that we did get, had a burned meatball and was on stale bread. Didn’t get cucumbers because they looked like they were frozen and mushy. Next time, I’m going to the family owned pizza and sub place next door.

The quality is really bad. these places were so numerous even in the little town where I lived there were four of them within a one-mile radius. now there's only two of them but the quality of the meat and the bread and even the vegetables are very poor it's designed to make money for the owner I get that but it's my last choice if there's nothing else I'll eat it but it's really bad.

I recently visited this subway restaurant and had a very negative experience. The girl who waited on me was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. The worst customer service experience! It was not busy but she acted as if she was completely inconvenienced by waiting on me. Her and her coworker took a cigarette break between every customer. My husband and I were left in the restaurant eating while they went outside to smoke. I will NEVER go to that Subway again! I was there on 1/5/2018.

The people that work there are nice but they really don’t know what they’re doing. Compared to the other Subways around this one falls waaay short of the mark. I think you’re safe to eat there but don’t expect the aesthetics you get at other subways. Your stuff is going to just be thrown all over on the bread and wrapped half way with bread exposed. The one guy (very nice very cool) was quite obviously stoned when he made my sandwich. I mean I don’t care if you’re a little high when you make my sandwich but this dude was so burnt he couldn’t remember my order from the time I said it till he got the bread ready. Again nice people but sub par compared to other restaurants in the area.

Used the online app so it'll be ready when I arrive. Ordered a footlong, got there was only a 6inch even tho the receipt clearly shows I paid for a footlong. Got the sub home and the bread was completely stale I even took pictures as proof I literally had to throw both 6in subs away. I couldnt even eat it the bread was crumbly and kept falling apart. Y'all owe me a foot long sub!!!

90% of the time I go to this location, they do not have meatballs. The last several times I have been there, the hot sandwhiches were not hot and tonight I ordered a veggie sub and the tomatoes was very under ripe they were hard. The employees there seem to lack interested in their customers as well. Not sure I will be visiting this location again.
