Ruby Tuesday

I always try to support local businesses, however today I hit my limit. We just returned home after we had the worst meal we have ever been served. The sign should have been by the lack . of customers in thee establishment. Our server Payne did a great job serving us, the meal which was sent out by the kitchen was not only an embarrassement, but a poor excuse of what not to do with food products. I would have been embarrassed to give the food to the two homless folks standing by the interstate. My wife loves ribs, but she could not force herself to eat the ribs. We would have sent them back, but we wanted to record the unsightly ribs. Wife ordered a triple play plate with shrimp, chicken and the ribs at a cost of $20.00. The chicken appeared burnt and overdone in the grease, and I don't think those were actually shrimp that she had. They have a new Philly steak sandwich, stay away from that as well. The water was tasty,

Hi, I was in y’all restaurant on Wednesday and I had the best experience ever! The manager Amber Lynn was so sweet and helpful the whole time I was there! She made my trip to ruby Tuesday the best trip ever! She is awesome and amazing! I will be back with more friends so they can get the same experience as me! She was so full of life and joy! I loved it! Thank you so much Amber Lynn!

My husband and I visited this location after a long car trip back to Knoxville. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the prompt and professional service we experienced. Many of our Knoxville Ruby Tuesday locations have closed and I've really missed the yummy salad bar and good drinks. Even the manager Amber L. Greeted us at our table and assured we were having a quality dining environment and our meals were excellent. She was so sweet and very professional. I'd definitely visit here again.

We visited on March 27 2022. We have always had a great experience when eating at this location. On this particular visit, Nikita was working 2 positions as they were short staffed. She was the hostess and our waitress. She was very pleasant with a wonderful attitude. She seated us immediately, we were a party of 2. My husband ordered the chicken tenders dinner with mac n cheese and fries. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Our food came out shortly, it was cooked perfectly, hot and delicious. To our surprise Nikita told us Johnathon was the fill in cook who normally is not. He did an outstanding job! Nikita provided excellent service as our waitress. It was actually a belated birthday dinner out and it did not disappoint. Restaurant was clean.
