Starbucks

This place gets too busy and the staff can't keep up. Recently, I took my daughter for a treat breakfast. We got our drinks. I had to ask about the food twice. Eventually, her muffin came out. She was completely done and I still hadn't gotten my egg white bites. They said they were busy and running behind. After 10 more minutes, I kindly requested a refund which was MUCH prompter than the service. Sad, because I want them to be awesome.

Starbucks does not seem to care what types of people they hire. They do not look for friendly, jolly, types of people to hire. Had yet another bad experience (of many over the past 2 and a half years of coming to this location). Maybe I am just too sensitive, but some of these workers are not the least bit friendly. They do not greet you, or smile at you, and say hello. This one lady who works there never smiles, and she always has a nasty attitude, at least in my opinion. She is just not a jolly, friendly type of a person (at least not to me and my mother, who have been going here almost daily for the last few years). She is a total narcissist too, because my mother finally confronted her about her unfriendliness, and the way she always acts, and instead of saying sorry, she asks a different customer if she is friendly , and is just very rude about the accusation. Starbucks should care about their employees having a good, friendly attitude, to all of their customers. When I run into a nasty, and unfriendly person, it just ruins my entire day. I will never visit this location again. I may just stop going to Starbucks altogether, because they do not care about the attitudes of their employees.

Customer service was garbage. Can’t speak for everyone who works there but one woman was extremely rude when interacting with me, was extremely standoffish and even ignored me at times. Don’t work in a customer service gig if you don’t know how to talk to people politely. Crazy how one bad worker can change the environment from a place I feel is comfortable and can relax in to something very different.
