Wendy's

Two different times I have gone to Wendy’s in Hanover ma used the drive thru and both time we are missing food I asked they read the order off to me as they were checking the bag this time and we were still missing a chicken sandwich and large fry and then when I was receiving my charge he dropped half of the coins and said my bad didn’t even offer to give more change. These kids are getting good money for working but yet they are on their phones and not take care of the customers. I have been to other Wendy’s and have not had a problem I just don’t think they are supervised that well in Hanover ma.

Not sure why people harp on the service. It’s a bunch of kids making 15 an hour. If you want better service apply and show them how to act like an adult and give them so pointers. The food is unhealthy fast food. Don’t eat here if you want healthy food. Eat here if you want a cheap dinner that fills you up

middle aged male Manager was very rude. talked to us like we were dumb for asking simple questions about their menu. Burgers were burnt and I over heard a worker asking him if the burgers were good (which is in it self not good. and he shrugged his shoulders and said it should be fine. when i got my food the burgers were almost black and very dry.

Sorry, 2 star because pretty much everytime a simple request to not have cheese on the hamburger, never fail, loaded up with cheese. Also have had entire items missing from orders, etc. Not a great experience and lack of attention to details. So I guess I'll have to white lie say there's a serious food allergy to get the message through next time or just go somewhere else. Also, is there an age limit here, because I swear everyone I've seen appears to be between 16 & 18 years old, like if Lord of the Flies opened a fast food place. Have heard the F bomb dropped on more than one occasion, so yeah... Not exactly the atmosphere I was expecting. Maybe this is the final time for me, hard pass, off to find a new Wendy's.

Great crew. They're doing all they can. All Wendy's are usually insane with long drive thru lines. But with all the stress and pressure. These guys still maintain as friendly as they can. For the way the world's been. Mad respect for these guys for coming in everyday tp put up with what they do and still give out the smiles.
