Arooga's

Food was great but need to work on their service. We were there from 2:30 - 4 on a Saturday afternoon so they weren't really busy but the service was a little slow, server couldn't answer a few questions about menu items, didn't get one of our party members order right and failed to tell us we'd be charged $3 extra for a side of ranch that we asked for. Would have been nice if she had told us that as we were asking for it and not when the bill comes. We wanted to do the Ghost Killa which challenge and that was the reason for going but when we saw that it would cost is $50 for 2 of us to do it, we realized what a rip off that was. $50 for 10 wings each (20 wings total). No way that's too expensive and just crazy to pay that. So we order 21 wings of 3 different flavors and paid $32 for it. Still on the expensive side. But after driving an hour and 15 to get there we were hungry and wanted to eat. Ordered other dishes too and all the food was good.

Nice sports bar. It's basically bar food but well made, with some interesting twists. All their beef is naturally sourced, and they have a nice atmosphere. Staff is really cool too. Not as corporate as say a green turtle, and the food is much better. The nightly specials are great too. 2.50 cent drafts and 59 cent boneless wings on certain nights.

Great food! The wings, fajitas and burgers are all phenomenal. However, the service all 3 times I’ve been here was terrible. It took over 20 minutes just to have our drink order placed every time I’ve come. The wait staff was never present, even after asking other wait staff passing by if they could send our waiter/waitress to our table. It’s a shame that a restaurant with such good food has such sub-par service.

This place is just too inconsistent. The food is either great or awful. The servers are good or you wait for an hour for a drink refill. The place is either spotless or it looks like a bomb blew up in the bar area. Sometimes seems like the servers just don't care about the service or the food. A shame because when the food is good it's good. They don't seem to care, such a shame.

Good sports bar. TVs everywhere, but they are satellite so they cut out in the rain. Drinks are good and fairly creative. Food is good too. The burgers are good, the fish tacos are amazing. The wings are ok... Very small and at $10.99 for 10 seems a bit to much. The fried mozzarella is some of the best I have had. All and all a good safe choice in chain restaurant bar food.
