Mcdonald's

Ordered a chicken platter. The young lady who took my order was not that helpful and she didn't seem to have answers to questions about options or suggestions. The bakery ladies were helpful and knowledgeable when Inalsonordered a cake for a party. Overall the food was good, the help at the deli counter need more training.

Hoping I hear back from management as the supposed manager on duty Maria is extremely rude and unprofessional. She messed up my order by excluding 2 small items. I called to let her know and simply ask for a refund for the 2 items. She proceeded to tell me I can be anyone calling and saying I didn't get item (when I listed out my order for her again line by line) and that I can just come get the pies. I proceeded to explain I live about 15 min away so instead of driving another 30 min for 2 items I should have received to begin with I would prefer a refund. She responds "oh you're not getting a refund" and hangs up the phone. I call back and she picks up the phone leaving it off the hook saying nothing at all. Glad this is not a location I frequent as they treat their customers like garbage.

This McDonald's has been recently renovated and has a Playplace so I took my family to check it out. Here is my review: It wasn't busy, there was only one other person in there so I was happy that I wasn't going to have to fight with 500 people. They have the new "order yourself" kiosk which would be nice when it's busy, but since we were alone we just went to the counter. There were two ladies working. One in the back, and one in the front, on her phone. So she took our order, and food came out. Walked into the Playplace section and it was FILTHY. Halfed chewed burgers on the floor, all the table were messy so I just grabbed some napkins and wiped it, and scooted the food on the floor away with my foot so I didn't step on it. Went to get antibacterial wipes, gone (picture). Food was normal, no issues. And the new Playplace was pretty awesome! No claustrophobic tubes and mom and dad has no problem playing with the kids. Had a cool piano sound maker and toddler area. Packing up to leave we go to the restroom. They updated them in a very modern style, but they have one giant stall and the other one is so small you can barely turn around. Well, I went in the larger one, which was pretty dirty, guess what... No toilet paper (picture). So I went to the smaller one for TP and had to go back to the larger one (I had a toddler.) So this wasn't the best experience cleanliness wise. They also pulled the "Ice cream machine is broken" line. Irritating. Pros: New Playplace, Order Kiosk, Plugs for your phone to charge (picture) Cons: Dirty everywhere, employees obviously not cleaning even though is wasn't busy. Ice cream machine is frequently "broken". **Funny Note- I did notice that some cleaning started after they noticed I was taking pictures. Maybe I should have done that first!

The food gave you an extra star, only because it was fresh. You lost one because you can't follow instructions on an order, and lost two because the manager on duty, short young lady, is rude as all get out. Honestly, we should've just let the drink machine continue running instead of letting you know it was stuck wide open spitting root beer out. Ok? Ok....
