Really great food served hot on arrival tasted as a KFC should .However the wait times were really bad. They were clearly short staffed had to wait for my zinger burger around 20 minutes for them to cook it .Tables were dirty and not cleaned , it overall was ok for a kfc .

I have edited my review. This visit the food was great and the staff seamed a little older and more respectful and definitely more efficient. It sounds like the management has listened to previous reviews. Keep up the good work

The staff were so helpful and nice, they would deserve a raise for sure. The food was fantastic. The place is inherently small in Hanley town centre. However, the view makes up for the lack of seats. Overall great experience. Thank you ladies!

I've not had KFC in a while after my last few KFC meals which they weren't amazing so I was sort-of put off. Me and my partner were really hungry that day so we gave in and went here. This KFC was actually really good. I hated the chips when they changed it (tbf never really liked them) but the ones I had here were good. Maybe they've changed them again, idk.
We ordered through the screens and it was ready pretty quickly, considering it was lunchtime. I didn't go to the toilets so no idea if they were clean or not but the little seating area was clean. Once someone leaves the staff cleans up the table soon after.

We visited KFC Parliament Row Hanley 8/7/22 at 12.05 pm, I worked for a KFC franchise in Macclesfield 1980 to 81, since then I've not found a KFC that tasted as good as in the 80s until I visited this restaurant. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the chips were hot and a decent cup of tea. The Staff are friendly and professional, we had a memorable visit. We all hark back to past experiences with food, I can honestly say the food we had took me back to the past, definitely visiting this restaurant again, Thank You.
