The food is good, but I ordered a Chocolate Frosty-ccino, and instead of telling me they were out of the syrup for it, they replaced it with a chocolate frosty, and it was SPOILED!

I had to ask for a refund for a 5$ big bag. Ordered a double stack, received a crispy chicken. It was Friday around 8:30 pm. The fries were old and lamp hot. I had to wait for someone to unlock the door inside. The scene inside reminded me of a high school with no supervision. They asked me if my order was wrong, I said yes. They asked what I wanted them to do, I said "It took 30 minutes for y'all to serve 5 cars, and my order was wrong, with cold fries. Give me my 5$ back." They had to retrieve their manager, who clearly didn't do her job, she was nice. She refunded my money and went back to her office. The 2 cars they helped while I was inside, they still served the same cold fries. There weren't even fresh fries in the fryer. The baskets were empty. Gross food. Mismanagement. Negligent employees. Avoid at all cost.

We are living in difficult times, I understand that. Having to place my order online and not being able to navigate this requirement as simply as children manage to do..,. I placed an order for 6 Dave's Burgers, 1 Dave's Junior Burger and 5 orders of fries.
I parked and went inside and was instructed to drive though the drive thru. They couldn't just hand me the paid for order..which, I guess, makes sense.
My order was a bag full of burgers but no fries. I handed the bag back to verify. Then the 5 fries were given. Once home I hand out the 6 burgers but the 1 Junior Burger wasn't there. So, I'll have a peanut butter and jelly along with my fries...but I ate those on my way home.. It's all good..just frustrating for old people like me. Be sure to check your order.

Not only does this location have rude employees, but they have a manager here that use an old coffee pot tide to a string to signal customer to come to the second window instead of the usual first window to pay. Bot to mention that the food was cold, and old the grease that they use is very old, and that ruins the entire meal for meal. This location caused me to stop going to Wendy's all together anywhere in Clayton County, Georgia.

I have been to this location several time in hopes that the service would get better..
It has not and Ill give a brief on todays business transaction.
I stopped by to get a baconator, I paid with a Visa and I was informed my receipt would be at the pickup window, so on to the pickup window..
Food received with no receipt in the bag or thank you for your business. The young black male just would not say it as a matter of fact he "MEAN MUGGED" me, Wow.
Now I am a black male from the baby boomer generation !
I ask to speak to the manager a black female with piercing in her face appeared and I explained to her if she would tell her employees to say thank you to the customers.
In the end this she heard but the mean mugging or staring at this customer after giving me my order is a normal.
Its like take your food and get the ---- on.
Until I see positive responses on this forum today was my last business visit because as a consumer I deserve better service..

Well ordered a 4 for 4 got kids menu size. Also he bacon cheesburgers with no bacon or lettuce. Food was cold, buns stale, and chicken nuggets whhhh. Ate it but will see if don’t get sick.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on the spur of the moment about 7pm on Sun. 06/05/2022 while looking at a house far from home. Joshua Anthony was very friendly & knowledgeable. Wish he worked near where we live.

Ordered ahead on the app. Got to drive thru and told me to wait in mobile parking (ok no problem). Then waited for 15mins to get my food (mind you no one was in the drive thru and I ordered on the app 10mins before I got there. Food came out and my drink was wrong (small instead of large) but was given a large when he came back. Food was cold! Of course it's gonna be when you wait overall 25mins from time of ordering on app! Always have issues with this Wendy's, slow service, wrong food, attitude at speaker and they bang an old coffee container on a chain outside the drive thru window after each car? WTH is that about? If it's for fallen change, y'all need to pay your employees more. Sad.
