Ruby Tuesday

Had a great brunch here today to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. Our waiter AJ did a fantastic job handling our orders and was very patient with our teenagers lol. The food was absolutely delicious, wait time was just right and we had an overall great time. Will definitely come back to this location.

Traveling through on Vacation and we decided to stop and dine in. ( Group of 5 adults) They seated us all within a minute of walking in the door. We all had a few drinks from the bar, ordered large portions and even deserts. Everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. Food was cooked to perfection. Staff was amazing and friendly. Everyone was so nice. They do not deserve such a low rating. They are knowledgeable of the menu, and gave great opinions as to what they enjoyed. If I could take this Ruby Tuesday back home with me and trade it for mine I would. I will definitely stop in next year on our trip again. Five out of five stars. And wish I could give more! Great place!

The food took over 2 hours to get and then it was 1 plate at a time, they were out of most things but did not tell our waitress until after she took order and after we had been waiting almost an hour. When we asked to see the manager it took a long time. People were walking out due to the long wait. Asked for heinz steak sauce and was told they only served house sauce, they had a contract with A1. When we asked for desert we were told they didn't have it. The waitress was great, but how do you keep a restaurant open without what's on the menu. It was so bad we were not charged for our meals but it makes the restaurant chain look terrible.

We came in for a late lunch, the restaurant was practically empty. We had to wait for a hostess to show up, probably 15 minutes. She told us there would be a wait time of 10 minutes. We had to show her that all tables were empty, before she would seat us. Once seated and drink orders placed, it took about another 20 minutes before we were given drinks. Food orders were finally placed, and eventually brought to our table. The food was nothing great, and certainly not worth the wait time or price. Staff didn't seem to care much, people continued to come in and also wait to be seated, most eventually left due to no hostess being present. From start to finish we were there for an hour and a half, in a mostly empty restaurant. Would absolutely never return to this restaurant and never recommend to anyone. This was the worst service ever! I'm not sure how they have managed to stay in business.
