The reason why I rated a four, because of good customer service. Its a young lady goes by the name "T" was well spoken and professional. It does make a difference about your attitude. Oh by the way I like the food there.

I will be calling corporate Monday morning. They have cars sitting in drive thru just waiting. We pulled in at 10:30 and there was 5 cars just sitting there waiting. When the cars pull up to order each car sat there for at least 8 mins before they even take the order. They need to get some ppl in here that want to work.

Very rude customer service in the drive thru. Staff is very young & unprofessional. The employee walked off from the window with my cup of tea I returned because it was u sweet. She never said what she was doing or if I should choose something else.

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS LATE AND ONLY THIS FAST FOOD BURGER KING WAS OPEN BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THE CHICKEN NUGGETS MADE ME SO SICK I CHOULDNOT SLEEP THAT NIGHT. PEOPLE WATCH AND BE CAREFUL WERE YOU GO TO EAT.

Employees give the least amount of effort required. They happily serve wilted lettuce, and unripe tomatoes on the whoppers. I have to order plain whoppers.

My visit today was not the best, quoted the wrong order, and when given the right one, my order was wrong. Didn't realize this until I was at home, burgers weren't marked to show the modifications asked for, one was not made correctly, both cold, not given a full container of onion rings, and drive thru wait was long.

The food is good my only issue is i think the young man that works the window sometimes is scanning credit cards to a scanner below the drive thru window. He waited till the other workers left the window and squatted real quick with my card to make it seem like he dropped something but then stood straight just as quick as he went down. Whole time im looking at him and he looked surprised. I asked for my receipt and left. People better get their receipts from them to close out any transaction other its open. Trust me i learned that from others. Keep an eye out if you use a card with them and get your actual receipt to close out your order!
