Wing Ranch-hampton

Asked for crispy wings and they were over fried. When I called to complain, the owner just said, “she fries all crispy wings the same”….. there is a difference between crispy and burnt these wings had zero moister left in them and ownership did nothing to take care of the customer and to make me feel heard. I will NOT BE BUYING WINGS FROM THEM AGAIN! Just awful customer service and no excuse for not even listening to a customer complaint. This 60 wing order was burnt hard NOT CRISPY!!!

Really don't know what's going on. When I 1st moved to Hampton, Ga they were pretty good , they really were , but now I don't know what is up. They must have a new cook because the onion rings use to come normal now they come super BIG with only four in it. Got charged $2 for a small one size cup. And the burger lol not even about to go there. Oh I almost forgot the cops were called on my husband and I when we asked the cook if he could cut the burger in half. He said no because he was busy ( there was one other person than us ) so we asked for our money back , and had to wait for the police to come to give us our money rather then the girl that took our order give us our money back.. Never again

They gave me Caucasian style fries with no seasoning. Just deepfried potatoes. When I went back in to tell them, they handed me a saltshaker off one of the nearby tables. The wings are overcooked and hard and packed with grease. I know there should be some grease but goodness. I can't make this up.

Was hoping to find another wing spot on a routine route. Stopped in and "specifically" asked to not over fry (fry soft) my wings and they even wrote it on the order. Got two different flavors; the wings were fairly small and were so overcooked, that you could bearly eat them once they cooled down. So disappointing cause the workers were very nice and bubbly.

If y’all’s phone could not constantly be busy I’d give more stars🙄🙄🙄 Edit: I hate that I love y’all’s food so much!! Y’all really went up like $6 on my families order 😳😳 yikes!! I went from paying 35 to 41 for our family meal...... not let’s talk about customer service. I called my order in at 8:30 y’all don’t close until 9. The girl refused to cook my order because they’d have to stay after closing time. Now I’ve cooked a lot of wings in my life and it doesn’t take very long but really staff?? Can’t stay passed closing time when your customer orders before y’all close????? I spend so much money in your establishment that it really made me not want to spend any more. Taking away one of my stars. -super aggravated customer trying to place an order Editing my review because I found out the girl who did this was fired and it won’t happen again. Prices are high af but wings are expensive . They’re doing much better with customer service and they have the best wings in town hands down! I’m giving 4 stars because I’m gonna need y’all to open on sundays 🙏🏻😂
