This very Burger King at 3405 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666 was my very first job as a child growing into a man. This Burger King is what sparked my interest into the world of culinary. With all that being said i would like to say that this Burger King’s morning crew is absolutely amazing 5 star worthy but this same Burger King’s night shift has some very rude employees for that shift. The night manage at 3405 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666 is a tall lite skinned man who apparently likes to flirt with the women on his crew more than actually managing his crew and shift. The night crew drive through personnel is always a rude young lady with that same nonchalant manager working along side her smiling as if how she treats customers in drive through is acceptable to him smh. Until they fix that night shift and how polite and how fast they should serve their customers i will give this restaurant only 3 stars and all 3 goes to their morning shift!!!!

I went to this place to order my family some food they told me the only got burgers because they closing in 30 mins .i called the store an an asked the manager her name an she refused to give me her name...i need her to understand she there to do a job if the hours say the close at 12am the need to be open an selling full menu..i will call the store in the morning if nothing is done i will contact someone else up higher

Stopped for a quick lunch at Burger King, Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA, and was surprised to learn that the majority of the staff are new.
I ordered a whopper combo FOB (fresh off the broiler), and after receiving my meal at the drive-thru, the burger and fries were cold; the meat appears as though it had been sitting on a warmer for minutes, and the condiments were thrown on top of the burger without any consideration for the guest who would ultimately consume it.
Moreover, I was extremely displeased with my whopper meal. However, I should've trusted my gut and checked my bag thoroughly before leaving the drive-thru line.
***Burger King have it your way. I think not.

Burn cookies....I never seen chocolate chips cookies that dark...Asked young woman manager....I asked for a exchange for better lookin cookies. ..then she not saying sorry ...She didn't ask me if I wanted another pack for free ..for the inconvenient.....The fast food restaurants will never have the customer service...chick fila has.....I'll pay more for fast food if I know I'm provided great customer service and great food/product!!!
Now I hate goin to fast food because of bad customer service...maybe I just need to start cooking my own food @home.....

Out of ice, fish chicken sandwich, and onion rings. Cashier was not at the register for customers. Food cold and not good at all. They charge a surge outside of the exchange rate for US$ with no notice posted. And they don't tell you. Will never visit this location pnnthe Hip Strip ever again.
