Pizza Hut

I placed my order online and ended up going to 2 wrong pizza huts before getting here. I was a little upset because of the number of pizza huts on 1 road. The person working the counter was very kind and understanding. He did not charge me for 2 extra sauces and also gave me a free order of bread sticks. The food was very good as well.

I ordered my pizza online. I was able to customize my pizza by choosing the poppings I prefer on my half of the pizza and the toppings my wife likes on her half by simply pointing and clicking the mouse; that's way cool. I was informed my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at Pizza Hut. The pizza guy apologized for baking my pizza short one of my toppings. He asked me to wait 10 more minutes and he would bake me another pizza with all my requested toppings. Ten minutes later he presented me with my pizza, complete with all my toppings; he then gave me the original pizza free. I got 2 piping hot, 5 topping, large pizzas for $10 and even got an apology. I believe that is pretty good customer service. On my way home, I gave the 2nd pizza to a young military family that had recently moved to the neighborhood. That made us all feel good.

Ordered 1 large pizza to be delivered to us less than a mile away. We called and made the order at10:30pm and were told it would take 1 hour...2 hours later nothing...called them back and asked what the deal was and they told us the customer called and didn't want the pizza, which was a complete lie because we did no such thing. They made no effort to call and check with us...so our order was cancelled without us cancelling it, and gave us no apology and just told us to reorder it tomorrow. Very Very upset and we will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE!

We paid $20.00 for 2 lunch buffets, BIG MISTAKE! The salad bar wasn't maintained, the bread sticks were terribly hard and the place was just down right dirty. We tried sitting at 2 different tables and had to ask for a towel to wipe them off with. Our server was super nice though...she was practically the only thing good about this location.
