Horrible customer service. If a life history was required to show to pick up a sandwich then you should say that because you are showing horrible customer service and wasting food when it was paid for and an email confirmation was shown. That’s ridiculous and unprofessional. When PROOF WAS SHOWN THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT PERSON PICKING IT UP. Do not go to this location. They do not deserve to be patronized for treating people horribly when they showed proof it was their order. If you’re gonna work in fast food then act like you enjoy your job and treat your customers with respect and give them the food that was paid for. Horrible. Trash. Do not go here.

This subway will not give orders to people who have order email confirmation and have already paid for their food unless they show them the payment method that was used which is stated NO WHERE in the pick up email that you must bring it. Educate your incompetent employees. I'm so glad they waste food all over not bringing the physical card with me. This subway is a literal joke. Will never return.

I went through the drive thru today and didn't have a clue what I wanted. In other places I would have gotten an attitude or maybe some bad food but the ladies at this subway were very helpful and patient. All the ladies there were very respectful and nice.. It's a little thing but a big thing these days.

Employees are lazy, and ignore orders. They’ll go on break while you’re waiting to order, and then get upset because you’re making them do their jobs. The staff was repeatedly using the N-word in front of me and other customers. The store was filthy. Trash all over the floor. The counter where they make subs looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in hours, if at all today. If I was a GM I’d fire everyone and close this store. The only reason I stayed is because I was picking up a doordash order. Honestly this experience was so poor, I don’t think I’ll be eating at subway for a very long time, if ever again.
