Sushi King

The decor is a little outdated but that's the only criticism I have for this place. The all you can eat lunch is a great value. You hold on to your menu and order as many times as you like. The food is really good and it's not a buffet. The sushi tastes fresh and flavorful. There are so many choices and you can have so many combinations including Hibachi style entrées. Mix and match until you're satisfied. The service is on point as well. Our server came right on time every time. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Took THE MIDDLE SCHOOL GRADUATES (my son JJ and his good friend TJ) here for their celebration and Sushi King did NOT disappoint!!! Everything was fresh, hot, and good. The server was amazing as he made sure we didn't wait long for our food. We ordered all you can eat rolls and appetizers and Pink Lemonades... The refills were flowing too. Not too pricey for the 3 of us less than $80.00 tip included!!! Will definitely be back. The boys really enjoyed the food!!!

So far the biggest in size and sushi, Asian plates variety , lots of employees, fast service , hot, nice presentations, good quality fish, and big crowds means fresh food. Cause they are constantly ordering fresh products the many is biggest than the Newport news location. This one is og, clean and fast. Theres alcoholic drink FYI . They do have rest rooms and a waiting area. This place is also located in a cute little town alike there's a plaza on yhe front of it and lots or entrainment and shops .

I'm confused. The food was pretty good and it was at a fair all-you-can-eat price. A cursory look at the building and interior and it seems like a grand place. However we were given Chick-fil-a straws, every plate but one we received had edges broken off (7 plates), and they played one song the entire hour we were there (I understand they don't want people to stay there forever at an AYCE place). The bathroom walls had graffiti, wait staff were walking around on their phones making people move out of their way, and every corner was covered with dust. And the coke machine broke before even one refill was provided (they did get it working later). Shout out to Michael, you did a good job and were pleasant and attentive. I really want to give this place 4 stars. And if it were more of a dive type of setting I would have. But given its location and the interior style it needed to be better. 3.5 stars

Very good sushi. My husband got hibachi and said it was just okay, not something he'd get again. It said to order 1 roll at a time but our waitress seemed annoyed when we did that, so then we had to start ordering more. We didn't want to order more than 1 thing at a time because they do charge for not finishing what you eat, or taking to go stuff, but I'm not sure how much. We forced ourselves to finish everything 😂 And they did mess up 1 of my husband's orders. But overall, it was great, I'd go back for sure.

I've been here over 10+ times. Excellent service. I think on a busy day, I waited 10 min for food. You get drinks within 60 seconds from the hostess. It's honestly amazing service. I went with my wife on valentines day and they even gave us a rose to take home!!! Whoever owns this spot, your employees on 2-14-22 all deserve a raise. Will come again. 10/10.
