Although I didn't stay at Embassy Suites, I did eat at Cyprus Grille just before a concert next door. WOW! This place exceeded my expectations, visually and flavorfully. Ha. Three drinks, one Devil's Backbone and two Yuzu fruit mojito (so good). One shrimp and grits meal (best shrimp I've ever had), and two Nana's buttermilk friend chicken meals (plenty for two people). Oh and some tasty appetizer kabobs. Must try!

For a hotel bar and restaurant this is above par. The happy hour is great. Service was prompt and attentive. The halibut was very good and tasty. I would recommend the Cyprus Grille.

The balsamic dressing on the pizza gave it an odd taste. I think it would've been good without it. The sweet potato fries were delicious tho.

This is my second time eating here. Once for lunch and tonight for dinner and I must say my food and the service was exceptional each time. Very creative twists on some home style favorites while giving some exquisite options as well. They even had an amazing kids menu. Our food was made correctly, came out hot and looked and tasted amazing!The young man was my waiter both times and he was so friendly and accommodating. This is certainly one of our new favs! I would certainly recommend this place!

We have been to this place a number of times since they opened. The good food and service seem to get better and better with each visit. On our last visit Lyndel was our waitress. She was absolutely five star in both service and personality. The food was off the charts good, prepared perfectly with the best ingredients. Lyndel brought out the chef to meet us and, after talking to him, it is very apparent he takes A LOT of pride in what he does. Great atmosphere with a music selection by, who else, but Lyndel. The hostess is also very friendly and professional.
