Food was delish, service has a lot of room for improvement. The hostess was quick and friendly, however, once seated we were passed by for 15 minutes as if we were invisible. Once we ordered, the waitress brought the bottle of beer as ordered, when we asked for a glass, she brought it and put it on the edge of the table on the opposite side from the person who asked for it. Perhaps offering to pour it or at least put it by the right person would improve customer service. She also seemed rushed, like she didn't want to be there. Not the best experience. Maybe she was just having an off day. Might give it another chance.

We had a large group and were seated in the bar area. Jenna did an awesome job taking care of us, she wasn't even fazed to take care of the 20 of us and a full bar! Food was amazing as always!

Last night (5/3/2022) our large group was ably handled by Jenna who ensured everyone's requests were delivered with a smile. Will definitely be back next month and hopefully she'll take care of our large group again.

My girlfriend and I went there and she got the tex mex shrimp bowl. The shrimp was undercooked and now she's suffering from bad gas pains.

Delicious meals. We ordered ahead and picked up our order curbside. Very convenient! The dine in option was great for a girl's lunch with my sister-in-law, too!

My husband and I love going to Applebees the waiters and waitresses here are always very friendly. 4 stars because my meal wasn’t what I expected but I will be returning!

This restaurant specifically has very friendly service. I walked right in and met in with my friends and the waitress accommodated myself and my friend quickly and comfortably. Morgan R was a delight to have as here. She was quick and very respectful of our whole party and very patient with our shananagins
