Currently waiting 10 minutes so far, for a 10 piece nugget and fry. This is ridiculous. I’ve had at least 4 cars behind me in drive thru leave with their food. Y’all need to get y’all speed of service together. This is sad.

The food is good, has the best service possible EXCEPT...they need to remove the automatic order taker at the drive thru. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and it added like 4 cheeseburgers on the screen. It finally asked if a real person was needed and someone had to take our order. The computer order system is a complete waste of time and a frustration. Still got the best fries in the US though!

I truly believe that the drive-thru system could be done better. Covid has proved one thing and that is the restaurants have the ability to do carry out food in an extremely efficient and extremely consistent manner. It's funny that the king of carryout the king of drive-thru that's been around longer than all of these other restaurants can't keep up in this area. It is absolutely the most frustrating thing that can happen is you order a simple meal that is on the special and get pulled to a parking spot to wait for someone to walk the entire distance of the restaurant twice to bring you your food. Why do you have a drive-up window? Fix that problem you could probably be a pretty good restaurant chain.

Surprisingly this McDonald's was very fast late at night! There was a young man working the window, singing beautifully. Actually I was willing to wait if need be just to hear him sing. LOL.

I went to get a filet of fish and this is what I got. They didn't even give me a whole piece of cheese ARE they running short on supplies they could at least tell us that. This was not an enjoyable experience

Me and my daughter went to get some after school food. There was a homeless guy there. He was starving. The boss lady Kiara feed him and treated him kindly even though she was trying to eat herself. Shout-out to her for being a stand up person
