Corporate needs to do an overall at this store The walk in service is horrible, there is 20-30 cars that go through the drive in and in that time they've served maybe two ppl inside There was 3 people in front of me and it took me over 30 minutes of waiting to get my order Yet they have more than 6 staff inside This isn't the first time also, this is consistent There is zero urgency to get customers served, staff with massive attitudes and an air of entitlement. There needs to be a huge overall of management as well, there was a manager on site today and her attitude is the worst. Definitely lost a customer cause there are other places willing to provide true , friendly customer service

I bought apple fritter today and it’s says on the advertising that now they are making Boston cream donuts with more cream and apple fritter donuts with more apple inside them!! SO I went and bought one apple fritter donut and as I am eating I hardly ever see any apple pieces inside the donut!!! So I wonder what Boston cream donuts is gonna feel especially when they say more cream inside them!! All false advertising like amazon when you buy something and when it comes it look a much different than how the item is advertised on amazon app/website!!! What a fake world we are living in!!
